Does this sound like you?
“I know what to do, I just can’t seem to hit my desired weight.”
“I know what to eat and how to exercise, I just can’t seem to make it happen.”
Being CRYSTAL CLEAR means knowing EXACTLY what you want. I’ve talked to hundreds of clients about goals. Most often what people think they want isn’t really what they want. Most of us continue to move through life without a clear idea of what we really want, leading us into unhappy relationships, careers and unsuccessful ventures.
Mapping out your desires allows a greater perspective on life and will provide you a path which you can follow.
Establishing modest achievable baby bold goals will help you to your end game.
Declare Your Refusal.
You first need to identify what isn't working, what you’re willing to change and what you’re willing not to compromise. Keep it simple and don’t allow yourself to get mired down in disgrace, blame, or rationalizing.
Certify Your "Holy Yes."
It is equally important to focus on and highlight things that ARE working. Acknowledging the things that are going well delivers you to a place of appreciation and encourages you to seek more of what you need.
Find It Inside of You.
Once you have identified and declared your core sentiments, resist the temptation to contemplate these over it in your mind and confirm your decisions with your body.
When you think about your refusals, do you encounter muscle withdrawals, inconsistent breathing, nervousness, or warmth in your body?
When you think about your “yes’,” do you have a profound feeling of peace, euphoria, adaptability, and relaxation?
The gut knows before the brain does. The more you can make that mind-body-gut association—“This is what a ‘Yes’ feels like,” or “This is what that ‘No’ feels like”—the less our mind works to judge, dissect, or make sense of things.
Learn to Replace “No” with “Yes.”
Eventually, you will be able to extract yourself from a “no” condition to a “yes” condition with “go-to” activities or exercises that consistently meet your “Holy Yes” needs. Make a list of simple things that facilitate your desired center emotions and that you can reach for at a moment’s notice. My personal list includes a massage, splurge on a nice glass (or 2) of wine, a bottle of kombucha, or a peaceful walk in nature. They are simple ways to satisfy the center emotions I need to feel to thrive.
Follow your gut as it’s connected to the brain and will steer you in the right direction.
Be Gutsy as a Mother,

Pss: Just because you accomplished your goal it doesn’t mean it’s your ending. I’ve seen people sabotages their weight-loss with “the end.” They lose the 10 lbs only to gain it back because they hit their goal - time was up. Ah no, the end simply means to figure out what’s next.
